A VA, however, is usually a self-employed contractor that provides professional administrative, technical or creative assistance to clients remotely. Enabling their clients to outsource a variety of tasks.

What Hours Are You Available?
We can collaborate during office hours Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. work outside of these hours can be discussed and arranged for urgent tasks.
During our discovery call, we will work out the most suitable days and times to collaborate, based on your requirements.
The office is closed on all Australian and Queensland public holidays.
When Do I Pay For My Hours?
All packages are paid in advance and are invoiced fortnightly or monthly.
Casual hours can be purchased as pre-paid packs.
What If I Don't Use My Hours?
We will work collaboratively to ensure you are getting the most out of your purchased hours.
Casual hours are valid for six months from purchase.
Where Are You Located?
I am based on the Gold Coast in Queensland.
However, I work with clients across Australia and New Zealand!
